John Adams

Born:1735
Died:1826
Political Party:Federalist
Offices Held:President (1797 - 1801)
Vice President (1789-1797)
John Adams was the second President of the United States. As one of the founding fathers, he played an important role in the building of the nation as well as in the American Revolution. Adams was a very intelligent man and had a wide variety of interests. Collectors and fans respect him for his diplomacy and leadership abilities. Unfortunately, Adams memorabilia of any kind is hard to come by. Adams did not produce a large number of writings that are available, nor was there any kind of major production of commemorative materials such as the Washington inaugural buttons. Adams memorabilia that is available will certainly see good prices and should be examined and appraised by a specialist or dealer. John Adams Presidential China Signature
John Adams wrote most of his correspondence himself, with some exceptions during his Presidency and his elder years. His intelligence is reflected in his writings, which are on a variety of topics. Adams often wrote to his wife, Abigail, whom he consulted on many issues. Adams always signed his name in full – first and last name. Though Adams was perhaps not as wildly popular as his predecessor Washington, he is still a very highly respected figure and is sought out by collectors. His writings are more rare than the prolific Washington\'s, and thus more valuable.
